How it works:
Send us a message or email BEFORE placing an order so that we can discuss your tumbler idea. If we are able to come to an agreement on a design, a custom listing will be made for you with the details of your cup and the final price. Once your order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Custom tumblers are NONREFUNDABLE.
All prices listed below are STARTING PRICES only, so if you order before messaging us first, you will be sent a listing for the rest of your payment.

Available in sippy cup, kids cup, wine glass, coffee cup, and adult sizes. Wine glasses (both stemless and with stem) and shot glasses are also available for customization.
All tumblers are stainless steel, BPA-free Hogg tumblers. They are all sealed with a FDA approved clear epoxy, leaving a smooth and shiny finish.

Once you have placed your order, it is immediately placed in our production queue. At this time, NO cancellations can be made. By placing your order, you have read AND agreed to the listing details and store policies.

We gladly accept custom/personalized items. Just send us a message or an email and we'll work together to create something amazing! PLEASE double check that your personalized information is correct because once it is purchased it CANNOT be cancelled,returned, or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Drinkware and Glassware items should NOT be put in the microwave or dishwasher. They should be hand washed and NEVER be soaked. Any drinkware that is epoxied should NOT be left in extreme temperatures such as a hot car.
Rolling trays and ashtrays should NOT be put in the microwave or dishwasher. They should be hand washed and NEVER be soaked. If they need to be washed, do so with mild detergent and a soft sponge and pat dry.
If you receive your item and it is damaged in any way (i.e. rips, broken glass, tears), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Don't fret! Remember, since your items were shipped priority, they are insured up to $100. Just send us a message with a picture of your damaged item(s) and we'll file a claim for you. Only items damaged during shipping can file a claim. Your item(s) will not be refunded. You will instead be sent a replacement, free of charge.
Glassware, rolling trays and some wall decor are processed within 7-14 business days.

Items shipped priority through the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) will be shipped within 1-3 business days and are insured up to $100.
Items shipped first class through the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
We ship Monday-Saturday, except for calendar holidays.
ALL items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). A tracking number will be sent with your shipping notice.
PLEASE NOTE that I have no control over shipping delays. Once the item is shipped, you will be responsible for tracking your own package. After the item is shipped, it is out of our hands; we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or shipping delays. Any issues you have after shipping must be taken up with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If your package is returned to us by the post office, YOU are responsible to pay for it to be shipped again. The returned item(s) CANNOT be refunded regardless if you choose to reship the item or not.
If you happen to have an issue with your item i.e. trouble with a decal or a broken item, please know that we are always happy to help you with the problem. Please contact us via the website messages or by email at email@example.com. We try to answer messages within 2 hours of receiving them. Please be aware that if you are to give a 2-star review or lower BEFORE you reach out to us, no refunds will be given.
