Multiple sizes and colors available. Please tell us what color decal you would like in the personalization section. If you put anything there besides a color, a black decal will be sent to you. The sizes listed are not the size of what is pictured. The picture is only for display.
If you'd like a different size than what's offered, please let us know BEFORE you order so that we can work out extra pricing. Please have your measurements ready before inquiry. We do not know the size of your items.
Please clean your surface with rubbing alcohol before applying the decal. Application instructions are included with every order. Also, transfer tape (the clear cover on top of the decal) is meant to be removed at the end of the application.
Decals are for one time use only. Once they are removed, they are destroyed and cannot be used again.
StarCraft HD (High Durability) Permanent Adhesive Vinyl is excellent for crafting, long term graphics, decals, lettering, signs, and most any application requiring durability and longevity. All colors are rated up to 5-6 years durability. StarCraft HD will stick to most any solid surface, especially hard, shiny surfaces such as glass.
Note: Surfaces with textures or coatings may not be designed for adhesive films to adhere or cure properly. Using a firm rubber ball to rub the vinyl onto the surface can often help with applying.

We gladly accept custom/personalized items. Just send us a message or an email and we'll work together to create something amazing! PLEASE double check that your personalized information is correct because once it is purchased it CANNOT be cancelled,returned, or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Drinkware and Glassware items should NOT be put in the microwave or dishwasher. They should be hand washed and NEVER be soaked. Any drinkware that is epoxied should NOT be left in extreme temperatures such as a hot car.
Rolling trays and ashtrays should NOT be put in the microwave or dishwasher. They should be hand washed and NEVER be soaked. If they need to be washed, do so with mild detergent and a soft sponge and pat dry.
If you receive your item and it is damaged in any way (i.e. rips, broken glass, tears), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Don't fret! Remember, since your items were shipped priority, they are insured up to $100. Just send us a message with a picture of your damaged item(s) and we'll file a claim for you. Only items damaged during shipping can file a claim. Your item(s) will not be refunded. You will instead be sent a replacement, free of charge.
Glassware, rolling trays and some wall decor are processed within 14-21 business days.

Items shipped priority through the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) will be shipped within 1-3 business days and are insured up to $100.
Items shipped first class through the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Your tracking number is sent to you in your shipment notification. We do recieve the same information as you do, therefore there are no different tracking numbers. Please be mindful that USPS may be running slower due to COVID.
We ship Monday-Friday, except for calendar holidays.

Please be aware that if you are to give a 2-star review or lower BEFORE you reach out to us, no refunds will be given.
Please make sure that your address is correct before you order. We are not responsible for knowing your correct address. If your order is delivered to another address because you failed to check that your information is correct, you will have to pay for both a replacement item and for shipping
